&lt;p&gt;choose one for your upper abdominals and one for your lower abs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Move as fast as you can for 20 seconds and then rest for 10, then repeat another 20 seconds and rest 10, until you complete 4 sets!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Believe me it is not that easy as you think!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Give it a try for 2 weeks and you’ll notice that is working, keep doing it!&lt;/p&gt;
